No group near you?
Perhaps the nearest group is too far to travel, or you don’t feel well enough to go out? We run an online group so you can join a video group from home using a smartphone, tablet or computer and get support that way. We run online small groups on a monthly basis. These operate in a very similar way to our local groups: they ae informal and last no more than an hour and a half. We use Google Meet, which is a video based system similar to Zoom, but easier to use. If you prefer not to share your face, you can join us with just your voice, and keep your camera turned off. There is no charge,. Everything is confidential and you can share as much or as little as you wish, or just listen. |
