A growing number of people and churches of all denominations are realising why there is a real need for Christians to offer prayer and support in a more targetted way to local people experiencing cancer.
There are Firm Roots groups in different parts of the country, but there are still big gaps. We ask that you seek God to see if he is leading you to explore starting a group in your area.


First Steps TO EXPLORE STARTING A GROUP

It's vital you find at least one local church that agrees to
  • Share your vision to start a Firm Roots group, and sees it as part of their mission
  • Supports the group leaders spiritually, and will back you in prayer
  • Supports the group practically, helps you publicise the endeavour, and ideally provides you with premises.

Once you have made some progress in principle
  • Contact Firm Roots and we will arrange to meet with you to offer support and guidance
    This may be via a virtual video meeting, or in person.
