Cancer Prayer Support Groups
All our support services are free and confiential. Although we are a Christian organisation you do not have to be a Christian to come along.
We run a growing number of small groups in various parts of the UK.
But not everyone lives near one of our groups, or you may prefer not to travel. So we also run an online group which is open to all who have internet access.

What is a local group like?
Local groups vary, but they are all informal and welcoming.
They are usually quite small.
You will probably be offered a cup of tea, and a chance to tell your story – if you want to.
It’s a safe place to talk about cancer and your feelings with a group of people who have some understanding of what you are going through because they have been through it too.
Our aim is to make you feel encouraged, not depressed!
There will be informal chat and sharing of experiences. The group may pray for each other, or they may pray for others known to the group. There is no pressure to say anything if you don’t want, but we hope you will feel encouraged and supported by the time you go home.
Of course there is no charge, and you won’t be asked to sign up or join anything. Most people find they start to make friends with others who understand the challenges and concerns they share. But there is also a sense of hope for the journey you face. As Christians, we believe that God loves and cares for each of us individually.
Please note: we cannot offer any medical advice or treatments.
